Our Story
RLC was founded by Dr. Clayton Watson in 2007 with the dream of equipping the next generation of leaders for service in the church. Clayton has committed his life and ministry to developing leaders and ministries to advance the message of Christ. RLC is an expression of this passion.
Since its inception, RLC has served a diverse group of leaders, local churches and denominational offices through both formal and informal consultation. As its number of ministry partnerships increase,
RLC is making plans to expand its services and add
new members to its consulting team.
Our Purpose
Revolutionary Leadership Concepts exits to advance God’s Kingdom by equipping leaders to reach a twenty-first century culture with
the power of a first century message: the revolutionary message of Jesus Christ. By strategically partnering with Christian leaders and ministries, RLC hopes to be a part of a spiritual revolution in America.
Our Focus – The Local Church
At RLC, we believe the local church holds the best hope for a spiritual revolution in America. We want to help church leaders to develop healthy, Spirit-empowered churches that can effectively reach their communities. We believe the best model for this kind of church can be found in the first century, which is why we have developed
the ONE21 model for church ministry.
Acts 2:42-47 provides a picture of a simple yet powerful community of faith that grew exponentially. RLC’s unique ONE21 model, seeks to harness the revolutionary life of this early church through a Spirit-filled, systems approach to ministry. Because its components are built on principles, not methods, this model can work in any church, regardless of age, size or location.

The RLC local church consultation process lasts for a minimum of one year. Consultations services include providing holistic ministry assessments, a detailed strategic plan, monthly coaching and various leadership development workshops. RLC is committed to achieving results for each of our partner churches.
